My motivation stems from a genuine passion for supporting well-being and independence. I'm patient, compassionate, and friendly, and I prioritize understanding each person's unique preferences and history. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. I'm experienced in de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I offer respite care, transportation, errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I also have CPR Training and a car. Helping others live comfortably brings me immense joy, and I hope to bring that same comfort to your family.
