Hello! I'm Liz - an outspoken, easy-going, and patient caregiver who genuinely loves helping children learn, grow, and thrive. I've cared for children for 15+ years as the oldest in my family, caring for my younger brother and cousins, along with 3 years of professional nanny experience. I love childcare because I find it meaningful to support a child's holistic development -socially, emotionally, intellectually, and personally. Children's curiosity also continually teaches me and challenges me to become a better caregiver and teacher. My approach is warm, patient, engaging, and grounded in respectful boundaries. I believe children should feel safe, heard, encouraged, and supported while learning age-appropriate responsibility. I also love supporting parents and helping ease the demands of childcare alongside busy careers and schedules. My strengths include strong communication, creative and strategic thinking, and First Aid/CPR training in progress.
