About Frida

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, curious, and adaptable! I like working with kids because each kid is unique and I always walk away having learned something new from them! I'm looking for a job that provides flexibility! I just graduated Cuesta but will be attending Cal Poly in the fall! I started working with kids in 2022 as an assistant teacher for an after school program! From there I fell in love, and even babysat some of my students! In my spare time, I like to sing, write, or read! I don't have much spare time that isn't taken up by studying but when I have a chance I'll do anything creative! One thing you should know about me is I'm detailed oriented! As a history major (and major type A) I have always looked at the finer details. However even if plans don't work out, I am pretty good at improvising! My skills include active listening (making sure the child always feels heard and understood), patience, and an ability to entertain!
