About Fredrica

With over 20 years of experience caring for children, I bring a strong background in child development and individualized care. My experience includes a lengthy internship with Goodwill Homes Foster Program and volunteer service at several daycare centers throughout the Memphis area, Holly Springs, and Chicago, IL. In addition to my hands-on experience, I raised three of my younger siblings, which deepened my understanding of children's emotional and developmental needs. I hold a bachelor's degree in Social Work/Sociology and excel in teaching, focused attention training, and creating nurturing, structured environments where children can thrive. If you have pets, please advise the size and type. If your pet is larger than 15 pounds, unfortunately I would not be a great fit. My apologies.
