About Frederique

Hi! I'm Freddie, and I recently earned my PhD in Developmental Psychology, with a focus on children and families. I've been working with kids for over 10 years, and caring for children has always been something I genuinely love. I love getting to know each child's personality and interests, whether that means playing outside, doing crafts, helping with homework, exploring something new, or simply being a calm and caring presence in their day. My background in child development also gives me a strong understanding of how children grow and what they need at different ages. I have a very flexible schedule and am happy to help with everything from regular childcare and date nights to school pick-ups, homework, meal prep, errands, and light household tasks. I'd love the opportunity to get to know your family and be someone you can feel completely comfortable relying on!
