Hello families! My name is Freddie (they/them) and I am looking to start ASAP! I have considerable experience with childcare, flexible hours, and a reliable car. I just graduated with a degree in international development from Clark University, with a plan to begin my masters in the fall. I have been working consistently with kids since I was 12, and have experience with children ages 2-13. Specifically I have done a lot of work in summer camps, afterschool programs, and one on one mentorship. I consider myself a hard worker with excellent communication skills and a devotion to professionalism. I am a big believer in learning through play, outdoor time, and supporting the child's areas of excitement. I just wrapped up my position as an afterschool teacher at Shrewsbury Montessori, so would love to start ASAP! My schedule is very flexible and I am hoping for a minimum pay of 20 an hour with a higher ask depending on variables such as the number of children and length of commute.
