Over the past 10+ years I have supported several families and find this work magical every time. I love good teamwork with parents and a consistent environment for children to feel safe in so they can grow and mature naturally. I am passionate about building trust and creating a warm, but stimulating atmosphere in which your little ones can shine. Going on adventures and reaching milestones together is my greatest reward! My experience includes everything child-related~ from infant care to making healthy foods, arts and academics, outings to parks & classes, potty training, in- and outside- play, educate and being silly! I cared for babies and toddlers most, but also worked in a preschool. My background is German with a degree in Education. I am a fan of modern philosophies like e. g. Montessori. Frauke is a wonderful person and amazing Nanny. She became part of our family as she helped care for our 2 boys (4yrs old and a newborn) for about 18 months. She is kind, trustworthy, loyal, dependable, genuine, and overall has all the qualities we looked for when we decided to hire our first Nanny. She interacted and cared for our children as if they were her own and genuinely looked out for their best interest. She was very creative with activities, teaching, play lessons, etc. Frauke would be an amazing addition to any family looking for a 5 star Nanny.
