About Franshesca

Hello! I'm a recent University of Maryland graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences and a minor in Human Development. My coursework included infant development, social development, and child psychology, giving me a strong foundation in understanding children's growth and needs. I have extensive experience caring for children through my church's kids ministry, working with infants (13-24 months), preschoolers (2-4 years), and middle schoolers (11-14 years). As a research assistant at UMD, I also worked closely with bilingual 3- and 4-year-olds administering math assessments and supporting early learning. Additionally, my experience as a medical assistant has strengthened my patience, responsibility, and caregiving skills. I am passionate about creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and have fun. I look forward to working with your family!
