I know Fran for many years now, we worked for families that are neighbors so playdates were weekly. She is a very sweet and mature young women, creative, very responsible and reliable, always really loving towards the kids but also structured, I have only good things to say about the time we spent together and with the kids, she is a experienced nanny, good with all group ages and multiple kids.
