Hi! I am a bubbly step mother of two kiddos in elementary school, a pet parent, and a seasoned RBT (registered behavior technician). (working with children on the spectrum 2-7) I have a passion to help fellow parents out and spending time with little ones comes naturally to me. I love to color, paint, sing, be silly, and have a passion to help kiddos navigate while validating them through big feelings. I have experience as a nanny, babysitting, and have been an RBT for 5 years. As an RBT (currently working through IPS within an elementary school) I have worked in center, in home, and in school. I am also experience in working with adults and children with special needs and behaviors for years this including seniors with and without intellectual disabilities. Franki is the best sitter we’ve had for our 3 year old son. She is very knowledgeable in child development and meshes beautifully with promoting their creativity and imagination.
