There are two words to describe the level of care and professionalism regarding Ms. B's entire book of work. She is "all in" with all that was required during a very difficult and challenging time with my wife who was terminally ill. I've employed several aids and agencies during this several year journey and Frankie was best in class. She made what was the most difficult situation a family could endure, into one that allowed our loved one to pass with much dignity, respect and comfort. I would strongly recommend Frankie to care for anyone in my family and for me, that's the strongest recommendation I could give to anyone.
