Frank was an excellent caregiver to my father who passed away last month. With Frank's help and encouragement they they would fish off of my Dad's dock which he had not done in years. Frank also helped my Dad feel safe getting in the pool for exercise which he was reluctant to do prior to hiring Frank. Frank is patient, respectful, competent, flexible and prompt. He made a positive impact on my Dad and would often say to me, "I just want him to be happy".
