About Francoise

Making a difference in someone's life is what I strive for as a caregiver. For the past nine years, I've dedicated myself to supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors, drawing from positive experiences in previous care roles. My approach is patient, friendly, and detail-oriented. I keep families informed through daily reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method of communication. Creating a comfortable environment is important to me when building connections with those I care for. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities when needed. I provide transportation, run errands, assist with light housekeeping, prepare meals, manage medications, offer mobility assistance, and encourage physical activity. I have some college experience and hold current CPR and First Aid certifications. I also speak English and French. I have a car, so I can easily get around.
