About Francoise

Hi, I'm Francoise! I'm a CNA with over 30 years of experience providing compassionate, hands-on care in home health, assisted living, long-term care, and hospice settings. I have extensive private duty and 24-hour care experience and bring reliability, patience, and professionalism to every family I serve. I assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, transfers (including Hoyer lifts), medication support per care plans, meal prep, light housekeeping, companionship, and memory care for Alzheimer's and dementia, while always respecting privacy and HIPAA guidelines. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, and I love shopping. One of my favorite things to do is going shopping (much to the despair of my youngest child) for hours. I pride myself on building warm, trusting relationships while keeping loved ones safe, comfortable, and treated with dignity. I'm confident that I'll be the right choice for you!
