About Francoise

My experience as a Home Health Aid (HHA) is assisting disabled, chronically ill, and cognitively challenged clients with personal care needs in their homes and I have assisted them faithfully for about 10 years. In a total of 16 years, I have helped clients with daily living activities such as bathing and making sure that they are clean and showered. I also have assisted them with range of motion (ROM), such as exercising. Furthermore, I've done some light cooking for clients as well as observing and assisting them during meals. Any concerns that I had or seen, I would reported to the person who was in charge of the residence. I assisted clients with medication, making sure that they took them properly and signed for them. I helped clients with housekeeping, making sure that their household was tidy and comfortable for them. Being a client advocate means respecting the client rights, dignity, and behavior in all matters in order to do the job in the best way.
