About Francis Faye

I am a transgender woman, mother, poet, artist, and professional caretaker with nearly 20 yrs of clinical education, training, and experience as a licensed minister, clinical chaplain, and bereavement counselor in local orgs, hospitals, nursing homes, in-home hospice care, and tele-health settings. My expertise combines clinical training and experience to help meet the emotional challenges of my clients and their families as they face some of life's most challenging transitions, such as illness & death I offer the following care services: • Spiritual assessments, consultations, and plan of care • Meaningful companionship, healing conversations, and bereavement support before, during, and after death. • Assist with creating meaningful settings, rituals, memorial services, and funerals. • Authentically meet people wherever they are in life's journey, regarless of religion, culture, beliefs, or family traditions. I especially enjoy working with others in the LGBTQIA+ community.
