Francisco is amazing. He worked for our family for six months providing care for our family member that had ALS and we cannot speak highly enough of him. As medical providers ourselves, our expectations were high, but Francisco exceeded them all. He worked night shift, and assisted with feeding, transfers, bathing, medication's, positioning and repositioning in bed and all personal care necessary. Francisco is bright and articulate and gentle and caring. From the very first night, he put our minds at rest, and we knew that Jerry would be exceptionally well cared for. in fact, Jerry looked forward to Francisco coming and settling him down for the night and said he always knew he would sleep well when Francisco was there. He is punctual, professional, flexible, and one of the nicest men you could meet. His background in medicine gives him insight into his patient needs, and he goes out of his way to meet every one of them. We cannot recommend Francisco highly enough.
