Francisca always does beyond amazing when she works. 

Francisca did a good job housekeeping the first couple of times. She urged me to give her a good review on this site on more than one occasion and I gave her a good review. The following times were a disappointment. Francis and her companion ruined a leather sofa in my bedroom by using harsh cleaning agents. They scratched my wood floors by pushing the mop bucket with their legs, rather than picking up the bucket and placing it down from place to place. All of a sudden Francis said she had a family emergency and she had to go out town and that she didn’t know when she was coming back. So essentially, she left me without service without proper communication and my property was ruined without any chance of resolution.
I wanted to change my rating and was told by customer service that the computer system was getting an upgrade to allow changes or corrections. This is the main reason I kept the account open. 

Francisca did the most amazing job on our apartment, her attention to detail was outstanding she went above and beyond.

She was terrific, She cleaned more thoroughly than I knew possible. The leaves were swept off my porch! Clothes were folded. Even the tallest tiles in my bathroom were dusted. I didn't know my stove could be this clean. I wholeheartedly recommend her.
