Just like the rest of the reviews she has received, Very unreliable. She doesnt show up at all and messages at the end of the day for whatever reason she has of why she could not work that day. She asks to come other days and never shows or calls. Just say NO!  NO HIRE

When my husband was out of town and then myself, Frances stepped in immediately, followed directions to help our adult son with cerebral palsy go to bed and returned to get him up in the morning when needed.  At the end of the day she came in with energy, followed directions and was a big help and pleasant company.  We would hire her again.

We hired this young lady to care for our mother who is bed ridden.  She was very attentive and detail oriented.  So much so that she is the one that discovered my mom's heart rate and respirations were elevated than the day before.  It turned out my mom had a UTI and blood clots in her lungs.  She was taken to the ER and admitted into the hospital for treatment. My mom survived and was sent home. We thank her very much for being so attentive to my mom and noticing those changes.  We would hire her again and again.  

Francis was hired to care for my mother who is in latter stages of ALS.  Upon meeting she seemed very energetic and willing to do the work, but this changed rapidly when no one was watching what she was doing.  Be very careful. She was hired for day and transitioned to nights where she slept for HOURS without checking on my mother who is at risk for choking. She also had a habit of calling in 2 hours before a shift to say she wasn't coming and then ended with being a no show. I would not hire her again. If you're truly looking for a trusted and truly genuine individual to care for your loved one please be careful.  I wish I had been warned.  

I write this review with disappointment from all indications the potential employee looked good on paper with the 1 poor review. I endorse the writer with the poor review.I gave her four hours of advance notice before todays interview after accommodating a reschedule the of initial interview date. This individual did not have enough courtesy to reach out to me that she was no longer interested in the position this resulted in time and money. I don’t recommend any one to hire this individual as a home care provider. Her lack of consideration and poor communication is not a boomerang. 

Francisca did a wonderful job. She was caring, compassionate, and was very helpful.  She did exactly what needed to be done.

Francisca applied to my posting and we agreed on an in person interview. Francisca did not show up or call or answer her phone when I called her. Almost two hours later she called and stated she was 15 minutes away and could she still come. I agreed and she never showed up. A week later she called and apologized and asked if she could come the next day. Again I agreed and I have not seen nor heard from her since. Francisca is not truthful, punctual or dependable. I would not recommend her to anyone.

Frances was eager to get the job done.  she organized and was very friendly.  she has many talents.  i am still trying to get a schedule so she can take care of my mother ...she is definitely reliable ...

My Mom was diagnosed with Alzheimer's and I needed help with her day to day routine. Fransica was a God send. She treated my mom with care as if she was her mother. She could anticipate situations and be proactive. She put my mom's needs first.
As the Alzheimer's progressed she was loving and informative to me and my family. When the end came she was there to help be an advocate for my mother. Having Francisca her made a difficult time easier. She is a very caring and professional person. I highly recommend her.
