Francisca said she spoke English but got very confused when I would explain simple tasks. We asked her if she wanted to just clean house or be a carer for mom. She said she did both. It was difficult communicating. After 4 hours she went home when her ride appeared. She accepted the job and wrote us a few hours later saying she was hired by her other charge for full time work. She lies. If she didn't want the job, all she had to do was say so, as it was time and energy we did not need to spend. If she was hired, why is she still listed on the site.
