Francis is very kind, hard-working, and dependable. I had only hired her to watch my 2 children. But she took initiative and would straighten my home, fold clothing, and clean out the inside of my couches without me even asking. I would definitely recommend her due to her work ethic her kindness and her willingness to help. She is loving and kind with my children with the heart of a loving mother.
