Frances is awesome! I hired her to care for my elderly father with dementia. The patience and tenderness she shows him is amazing. Spanish speaking was a plus but also speaks English very well. Not only is she hard working but she is self motivated, she cleaned my house i.cluding my 3 kids rooms and laundry without me asking. She has also watched my three children as well (9, 11 and 13 yrs old), they love spending time with her aswell.
