About Francine

Hello! I worked in an assisted living facility for 12 years taking care of 12 residents with alzheimers and dementia by myself on the midnight shift. Then I began working in-home as a healthcare aid taking care of patients with traumatic brain injuries and did both jobs for a year and 1/2 . Then I have continued working only in home for the last 3 1/2 years thur present. Through the years I have assisted many families through the end stages of life. Though it can be challenging I love what I do and I pride myself in going above and beyond for every patient. I have done everything from passing meds and taking vitals to tube feeding and breathing treatments. Also I can do 24 hours shifts and am very dependable, capable, and responsible.
