Experienced LPN with a strong background in senior, special-needs, hospital, hospice, private-duty, and Adult Foster Care through Careforth. My experience at Kona Community Hospital includes nurse aide, patient observation, and security roles. I have also worked in a Massachusetts DDS group home caring for individuals with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities, including epilepsy, seizure disorders, and diabetes. Experienced in medication management, personal care, mobility and Hoyer transfers, and recognizing changes in condition. I bring over 10 years of caregiving experience in addition to my nursing background and hold an M. S. in Exercise Science and B. A. in Political Science.
