Francine is a real sweety. I hired Francine because have two fractures in my back. She was very very helpful to aid me with my physical problems she cleaned my personal needs. She me made me comfortable, ice packs, I soaked my foot tonight and she anticipated what could help me . very strong ! Very encouraging! and I started to feel better about my circumstances. Pat B.
