I am a semi retired lifelong animal owner, horse trainer, riding instructor and farmer. I've cared for the pets of others ranging from dogs and cats, to livestock, horses and exotics. I'm looking to transition to part time work while keeping animal care a part of my daily life, as it's as essential to me as air. With the passing of my last horse Benny at age 35, the time has come for me to accept that horse ownership is no longer a realistic option. because they are very long lived animals that will likely outlive me at this point. I've also had multiple cats, dogs, birds, snakes, goats, and pigs during my lifetime. I'm looking for a job that involves a bit more than just feeding or a quick dog walk.
