Francia was our nanny for half a year to our two year old daughter and she has been more than wonderful taking care of her!! She is very patient, kind and understanding. She actively played with her and loved her dearly. She endured my daughter always ate all her meals and snacks, and did a wonderful job putting her to sleep/nap with no issues. She’s positive and always reliable with ALL her shifts, which we really appreciated since both my husband and I are working. We are expecting a second kid and we had to put my first daughter into school so we had to relieve Francia from the job, but I would definitely use/hire her again in a heartbeat!
