About Francia

Fostering growth and development in children is my true passion, and I find deep fulfillment in making a positive impact on their lives. With three years of experience caring for children aged 12 and older, I pride myself on maintaining a calm, patient presence in every interaction. I hold a graduate degree and maintain current CPR Training. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules and keeping your home tidy through light housekeeping and meal preparation. I love engaging with children through board games and puzzles to keep their minds sharp. I prioritize clear communication and will provide regular updates via your preferred method. As a pet-friendly caregiver with my own car, I am ready to support your family's daily routine. I truly look forward to the possibility of becoming a trusted partner in your child's journey.
