About Franchesly

Experience: 4 yrs

I have always had a passion for caring for children. As a full-time mom of an 8-year-old, I understand the importance of creating a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for kids to grow and thrive. I have experience working as a nanny in Miami, where I cared for two young children for a single mother who worked in a hospital. I've also supported my sister in caring for her daughter with autism, which gave me valuable experience in patience, adaptability, and understanding different needs. I truly enjoy working with kids because every day is a chance to guide, teach, and learn from them while creating lasting bonds.
