Hi! My name is Francheska, and I'm a compassionate and experienced caregiver with a strong background in senior care. I began working with Home Instead in 2018, supporting seniors with a variety of needs. In 2019, my grandmother was diagnosed with dementia, and I became one of her primary caregivers, which taught me patience, empathy, and how to support individuals with memory loss. I currently care for a friend's mother with dementia and truly enjoy the time I spend with her. I have experience with companionship, daily living assistance, and meal preparation, and I focus on creating a calm, safe, and respectful environment. I am reliable, attentive, and passionate about caregiving. I'm available part-time, over night, and flexible with scheduling, and I would love to support you or your loved one.
