About Francheska

I am 21 years old and currently a college student. I have nearly four years of experience working at a daycare in New Jersey, where I have gained extensive experience caring for children of different ages and backgrounds. I also have experience caring for children within my own family as well as children from other families. I am a caring, responsible, creative, and energetic person who genuinely enjoys working with children. I love creating fun and engaging activities that encourage children to learn, grow, and feel comfortable in my care. I am bilingual in English and Spanish, which allows me to communicate effectively with children and families from diverse backgrounds. As a college online, I am available for both part-time and full-time work and am willing to be flexible with my availability. I am passionate about providing children with a safe, positive, and nurturing environment where they feel happy, supported, and well cared for.
