About Francheska

Nurturing young minds and supporting families is truly my passion. As a caregiver with a year of experience, I find immense joy in fostering children's growth and development. My approach is patient, calm, creative, and friendly. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and puzzles with children of all ages, from toddlers to pre-teens. I am comfortable caring for up to two children and follow the parents' lead on household rules and preferred communication methods. I have some college education and am CPR and First Aid trained. I have a car and am comfortable around pets. I'm excited to learn how I can support your family!
