Hello! My name is Franchesca (Fran), & I am 19 years old and a high school graduate of Butler High School. I am currently working on going back to school for Veterinary. I truly have a passion and care for kids. I have been babysitting since a young age but I began working with children in a professional setting in 2023. I have worked for the YMCA & multiple daycares including Southside where I was not only a teacher but an Assistant director as well! I have working with all ages from 0-school age. Children are human too, they deserve the same as an adult. Good safety, knowledge, respect & more. I strive to make sure they always have a good day filled with not only fun but learning too. These kids have to grow in many ways and we have to be the ones to help & teach them. I have always had good things said about me, & I take pride in that!
