I have my associates degree in child development from Grand Rapids Community College in Michigan. I was previously an early childhood teacher, then a nanny and am currently an administrative assistant/business owner. I've worked with children for 15+ years and I've been babysitting for even longer. My specialty is children 6 and under, but I love hanging out with children of all ages. My passion for providing high quality care for families is overflowing. My experience with babysitting varies from random hours here and there to sitting for 8+ days full time while parents were out of the country. Frankie is not only the most amazing babysitter I've ever had for our children, but she is also an amazing person inside and out.  She was our go-to sitter for 4 years.  Frankie watched our children (now 5 and 7) for date nights, weekends away, and even for week long trips away.  She is incredibly responsible and regularly transported our children to and from various activities and daycare.  She took great care to keep our house in order and to make sure our pets were OK too while we were gone.  Frankie has this amazing ability to teach children about kindness, respect and silliness all at the same time.  Children ADORE her.  Parents are incredibly thankful for her.  Unfortunately for us and all of the other families in Michigan that considered Frankie a part of their family, she moved to Washington.  Our loss is your gain!  I would book Frankie as fast as you can before the secret is out and someone else scoops her up.  You will not regret it!!!

She is wonderful with kids(lots of different ages), always able to find something fun to check out, always seeking to learn and grown more and doing whatever possible to enhance their time with her! Plus, she's a huge outdoorsy learner, never worry that your child won't have fun!! My daughter LOVED her! Would highly recommend.

Franchesca has education, and training in child development, which is readily apparent when she's around children. They aren't merely 'being watched', which is important by itself, however she keeps the children active and engaged when they need be. Definitely the total package 'babysitter'

Frankie is a great babysitter!! I have 3 boys ages 12, 7, and 4 and they love having Ms. Frankie as a babysitter! She is very friendly, fun, and a positive role model. 

We first met Ms. Frankie when our youngest was in her toddler class at a daycare. She was a fantastic lead teacher and turned into one of our favorite go-to babysitters.

Frankie made great connections with our kids.  Whenever my wife or I came home, she didn't just have them plunked in front of the TV, but they were doing creative crafts or playing outside.  She always had fun ideas that pushed the kids to learn.

Frankie is one of the best babysitters we've ever had. She truly understands the different developmental needs of various ages of kids (from infants to school age), and she's able to care for multiple ages of kids at once. She is creative, energetic and is excellent at setting bounds. Frankie was also able to care for our kids and home while my husband and I had to take overnight work trips. I recommend completely!

Frankie is hands down the best childcare provider we have ever hired! She has routinely provided care to my kids (now 4 and 6) from the time they were born. She is well organized, dependable and most importantly my kids love her!
