Hello my name is Francheli and I have worked in senior care for 2 years. The 6 months of working in this field I learned to bathe multiple people with different conditions, change briefs, assist with dressing and making share they feel comfortable. I learned how to maintain their personal dignity while, dressing, bathing, and feeding. After those 6 months I was promoted to medication management, where I learned their specific medication needs and checked vitals daily depending on what the doctor ordered. I am CPR certified and absolutely love working in the field. I am trying to get into an LVN program this September so I do prefer working Friday-Sunday, as the program is Monday-Thursday.
