Frances was great! She arrived early and it was very easy to talk with her. I felt comfortable leaving my children in her care. When I returned, 2 of my kids were sitting with Frances on the couch. It was obvious that my kids liked her! When Frances left, one of my kids rushed out the door to give her a hug. I will hire Frances again!
