I am a CNA I have worked in nursing homes and I am very experienced. This job is very important to me. I love what I do.

Fran is very personable and goes with the flow. She finds things to do to be helpful when there's nothing specific assigned and does everything that is required. 
Very empathetic towards my aunt and uncle and treats them with dignity and respect. 
I would definitely recommend her services for senior care.

Fran came onto the care team in January 2022., for a veteran in his 80's with multiple physical and health issues. From the beginning, Fran was a team player who brought her own expertise and great energy. She consistently went above and beyond in her required duties. One of her many great talents, is she is an amazing cook! She has now taken on his hospice care fully. Giving this man a home to be at peace in at the end of his life. I have enjoyed getting to know her and have the utmost respect and regard for Fran. She is a terrific worker. Very friendly and knows what needs to be done without having to micromanage her. Fran is and will be a blessing to anyone she works with/for. Thank you Fran!!!
