About Frances

I'd describe my personality as communicative, funny, and reliability. I like working with kids because I enjoy watching their unique personalities develop. I love playing games, experiencing the children's imagination, and being a role model. I'm looking for a job that is reliable, consistent, and has open communication. I also would like to connect with the family. I started working a paid babysitting job when I was 11 years old, but I have two younger sisters that I have cared for since I was 8. In my spare time I like to exercise, listen to music, and travel. My skills include listening, patience, critical thinking, and communication. I am homeschooled and 15. My mom manages this account including scheduling and communication. I have my permit, but I will get my license by the beginning of April. This will open my hours more.
