About Frances

Frances served as a full-time, live-in caregiver for my mother, who has Alzheimer's, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is incredibly patient, attentive, and trustworthy — the kind of person you feel immediately at ease leaving your loved one with. She was also remarkably encouraging with my mom, always finding ways to support her dignity and independence rather than just managing her day. One thing that stood out was Frances's flexibility. Our schedule was constantly changing, and she adapted without complaint every time, which made an enormous difference for our family. Frances is also a wonderful cook and took excellent care of the house, keeping everything running smoothly. She has a great sense of humor and was always coming up with new activities to keep my mom entertained and engaged. And she's a fantastic communicator — she kept me informed not just about their day-to-day activities, but about any health concerns as soon as they came up, which gave me real peace of mind. What really sets Frances apart is her approach to the work itself: she is genuinely passionate about caregiving, and it shows in how she focuses on caring for the person, not the disease. She never let my mom's diagnosis define how she treated her. Frances became far more than a caregiver — she was a companion and friend to my mom, and she felt like part of our family almost immediately. Whoever is fortunate enough to have Frances care for their loved one in the future will not be disappointed. She has our highest and most heartfelt recommendation.
