About Francessca

I'm a longtime childcare provider looking to help create personal growth and develop individual creativity by providing individual care. I rely heavily on Montessori and gentle parenting principles while also incorporating parental guidelines. I have worked for corporate daycares and am currently working for a small privately owned daycare, but they all are lacking that one on one personal experience that I believe a child needs to grow and learn in the best way possible. I have a background in art and I found it works well in teaching and in childcare, as art can bring out children's natural wonder and expression of the world around them. I have worked with children of all ages, from infant to school age and early adolescent. I can adapt my care to best suit the ages of the children I work with as what matters to me is knowing the child for who they are to provide the best care I can for them.
