About Frances

I spent 3 years working at a daycare primarily with 3-5-year-olds. I began babysitting for a neighbor when I was 12 years old. I cared for a 2-year-old daughter and a newborn autistic son. Very quickly, these kids became my family. Nothing was as fulfilling as helping her daughter and son problem solve and learn about the world. I watched them for 6 years. I began watching other children in the neighborhood and school district. I love watching kids because each one has something unique and remarkable to teach me. They help me mature and grow as much as I help them! I have volunteered at nursing homes and schools for special needs children. I currently live with my 1 1/2-year-old goddaughter and I have helped care for her since she was born. I coached field hockey for 4th graders for 8 years! I also have extensive experience with caring for dogs!
