About Frances

Hi! My name is Frances, but I go by Bea. I'm a 20-year-old student currently taking a gap year from Bryn Mawr College. I have over six years of experience working with children in both volunteer and paid roles. I began as a teaching assistant in K-4 classrooms at ages 14 and 15, then spent two years as a counselor at an art-focused summer camp. During the pandemic, I provided one-on-one Zoom tutoring in math and reading for two first-grade students. I also have a4-year-old sister whom I've regularly babysat, so I'm very comfortable caring for younger children. I grew up in New York City and am comfortable navigating the streets and subways. In addition to childcare, I'm happy to help with meal prep, pet care, light cleaning, and laundry. I'm excited to support your family however I can!
