I used a big company to care for my elderly parents and was told all the wonderful things they would do for my parents. After hiring them I realized the difference between the sales pitch and what they delivered. I felt my parents were not getting the loving care I was paying a lot for. I found Francis on care.com and was impressed by how professional and knowledgeable she was. Francis treated my parents with kindness and respect. Both my parents had dementia and she allowed them to live a full life at home. I would wholeheartedly recommend Frances to anyone that wants the best for their parents.
