About Frances

Hi! I'm an 20-year-old college student studying Art Education with 7 years of childcare experience. I love to engage with kids on their level, whether that be making a cardboard box city or running around the park capturing dragons. I encourage them to embrace their imaginations and interact with the world around them. Through my work as a camp counselor and tutor, I have learned to balance fun with safety, making me an empathetic, attentive caretaker. I have worked with with kids ages 1 - 15, giving me an understanding of what needs each age group has. Additionally, because of my extensive experience teaching, I am always happy to help with online school or homework. I am focused on getting to know your child and their needs, and adjusting my caretaking style accordingly so they can be their most confident, curious self.
