Fran was our night caregiver for my elderly mom who had late stage ALS. Fran expertly handled using a hoyer lift by herself. She administered meds through a peg/gastric tube. She worked from 8 pm-6 am 6 days a week. She handled very difficult situations with a smile and laughter. She is always cheerful, very promp and on top of things. She was a godsend for us.
