Franceska was a wonderful support aide for my son W., who has autism. She was consistently on time, kind, and incredibly understanding of his needs. Franceska took the time to get to know him and made him feel comfortable and safe, whether they were out in the community or just spending quiet time together. W. was always excited to go with her, which speaks volumes about the connection she built with him. She truly went above and beyond, and I highly recommend her!
