am a dedicated and compassionate educator with over eight years of experience serving students within Chicago Public Schools. For the past three years, I have worked as a paraprofessional, supporting students with diverse learning needs and creating a safe, structured, and encouraging classroom environment. Prior to this role, I spent five years as a tutor, helping students strengthen their academic skills, build confidence, and reach their full potential. My passion lies in working with special-needs students, where I focus on individualized support, patience, and understanding to help each child succeed both academically and personally.
