Hi! I'm Francesica, a kind, energetic, and creative caregiver with seven years of experience working with children in home and school settings. My background includes nannying, preschool teaching, and supporting children with autism as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). I'm CPR trained and have studied Communication Sciences and Disorders at Wayne State University, along with coursework in early childhood and teacher education. I love helping children learn through play, arts and crafts, reading, and hands-on activities. I bring patience and structure while making room for fun and each child's individual needs. I'm comfortable supporting daily routines, preparing meals, and creating a safe, nurturing environment. As a mother myself, I understand how much trust goes into choosing a caregiver.
