Frances babysat my child for two years (he was 4-5 at the time, he is 6 now). She was very flexible with our schedule and always on time. Our son absolutely loved when she babysat! They played lots of games, did puzzles, or played with his toys, but she was always very engaging. She enforced our bedtime routine well and always left the house clean. Great communicator, we always got a rundown of their activities when we returned.
