About Frances

I'm looking for a position because I like working w/ kids. They're good, pure, & funny, both interesting & interested in what you can do for them or show them to do for themselves. They bring daily joy. And whatever age I've taught, I find that I've learned something in return. I'd prefer full time & long term where we'd collaborate in raising children. I babysat as a teen, then in college I worked as a Nanny, finally teaching at my student's school. Eventually, I married & we began a family. I continued to work childcare in my home & I taught Religious Ed on Sundays. I have several childcare skills resulting from a lifetime of experience. As a military mother, I often found myself alone in a strange place w/ 5 children so I became creative, entertaining, & patient. I had to excel at planning & decision making. Routine played an important role, as did meal prep & laundry. My youngest child is now in HS & I'm ready to share my skills & knowledge w/ a young growing family.
